Event Description:Taking place at the SECC on March 11, the Main Event is a showcase for companies operating in the events sector across the country and is free to attend.

Hosted by Radio DJ Grant Stott, the all-day event will have its own networking zone, bar and theatre packed full of interesting sessions with must see speakers such as Dragon’s Den star Shaf Rasul and the T in the Park founder Geoff Ellis, who will be sharing some tricks of the trade.

Over 1,000 visitors are expected at the event which aims to show businesses how to make a success of their corporate dinners, events, conferences, team building exercises and parties.

Around 100 exhibitors at the Main Event will showcase the events industry – everything from venues and food, to lighting, staging and entertainment will be on show – so it is definitely a one-stop-shop for anyone thinking about organising an event. A selection of companies exhibiting include: Apex Hotels, En Croute Catering, Northern Light, Big Digital, Marriott Hotels, Sound & Vision and Mainsail Corporate Yachting Events.
