Our thanks to Innovation Network for co-sponsoring this event

The University of Glasgow Innovation Network has been established to increase engagement by Scottish companies in innovation, product development and new supply chains. The Innovation Network team have a wealth of experience of working in and with industry, partnering with companies to provide advice and guidance in a number of commercial areas.

In order to stimulate academic and industrial engagement, our First Step Awards offer financial support of up to £5000 per project to help create long-term collaborations between small companies and the University of Glasgow. In these difficult economic times it is hard for smaller companies to fund research and development coupled with the increasing pressure to be innovative. Our awards give companies the opportunity to start building a partnership with the University which could assist their long-term sustainability.
