We would like to thank our co-sponsor for the event Scottish Environmental Technology Network
Event Description:

Resomation Ltd  manufactures and markets a patent applied for water based technology used uniquely for rapid human remains disposition. It is an eco-friendly alternative to both Burial and Cremation and its green credentials have clearly caught the imagination of the funeral industry. Some industry experts have been quoted as saying that it could well overtake cremation in the future as the leading method of human disposition.

The timing is right for change from an environmental, public conscious, cost and regulatory viewpoint. These simultaneously converging market drivers allied to the almost perfect “fix” of Resomation™ seem to make this a fundamentally sound opportunity for positive change.

The subject matter may at first seem “ quite interesting but it is not an area that is exciting”.  However since that choice of the final step on this earth you choose for yourself or others  will almost certainly involve Resomation it allows you the chance to be one of the first worldwide to understand what is ahead. It is exciting and a talking point you will take a way with you for general discussion.
